Dairy Barns are part of a working 360 acre working family farm located between the North Norfolk Coast and Norfolk Broads National Park. The Barns have been converted to a very high standard and are self contained away from the main farmhouse with both enclosed garden and courtyard for guests to enjoy. All our spacious rooms are en suite and ground floor level with secure undercover car parking. We offer very comfortable single or superking beds in individually designed rooms, televisionDVD player, welcome tea and scones on arrival, tea and coffee making facilities and all the little touches you should expect from Gold award winning accommodation. We were awarded 100% for our teams hospitality and customer service from Visit Britain and have recently become Farmhouse Breakfast Champions for the east of England for our locally sourced and varied breakfast menu. Our location is perfect 5 minutes from sandy beaches and Hickling Broad and nature reserve. The historic city of Norwich is only 40 minutes by car.

There is no public transport availalbe due to our rural location.Travel on the A1151 from Norwich to Stalham. At Stalham take 2nd left at Tescos junction SP Sea Palling. Go through village of Ingham. At T junction turn right SP Sea Palling. Follow for 2 miles and you will come to a junction on the right SP Hickling and Potter Heigham called Hickling Lane. Turn right, Dairy Barns are 12 mile on the right handside
