Once you have reached the Barnham Broom Golf and Country Club (postcode for satnav NR9 4DD) there is a single track country lane signed as Colton Rd. and a signpost Colton 1 34m. Take this lane. It meanders along the golf course. There are no turnings to the left, but turnings to the right. We are the 3rd turning to the right, on the brow of a small, very steep, blind hill. If you pass a hedge on your right side after the hill you have gone too far. The hedge is our boundary. There are no signs at the beginning of the drive. way down the drive there are signs stating private property, no public right of way etc.
